Face/eyes are suddenly swollen with little whiteheads all over. Face is super dry & can’t even move it. It’s red and rough textured. Itchy and burns at the same time. Nothing has changed with my routine expect using a clean and clear face wash again after a few weeks and applying makeup right after 1

is this perioral dermatitis? started as a few pimple like bumps. i tried to squeeze and no pus. so i treated with anti inflammatory and anti fungak ointment the bumos got smaller but now i have this red dry patch that wont go away. it burns sometimes but i have over done my skin care routine. helo!! 1
